I left a negative review 9 months ago, but my family gave Bella Italy another chance last week, and our experience was much better. Service was attentive and friendly, and the food was good. Glad I gave it another shot and hope to see the changes stick.

My family and I went to give this restaurant a try, what could go wrong right?? Well apparently everything! The lady that was serving us was incredibly rude to my mother. Service was slow, it took a whole 2 hours for everyone to receive their food. I received my fries before I even got my chicken tenders, and it took her another 30 minutes just to bring the chicken tenders out. Seriously??? They were dried out, it was as if they cooked them, left them out to sit, and cooked them again. They reached over our food and splashed tea all over my brother and father while trying to refill our cups, she didn't even apologize at all. Their wings my sister had ordered were not fully covered and they were just as dried out. A whole waste of money for disgusting food that took the longest wait EVER. My mother was furious and angry and asked for to-go boxes. You know what the lady does? Walk away and doesn't bring us our boxes for another 20 minutes. My father went to ask again and she finally went and go them, walking BACK into the room we were in, and retrieved the boxes. What the hell? You mean to tell me they were in here all along and when we asked you, you walked the opposite direction and made us wait a whole 20 minutes?? POOR SERVICE, POOR EVERYTHING! Never going back again, and that's final.
